Grading & Authenticity
Grades and descriptions of rare coins are opinions, not statements of fact or guarantees, and are based on standards and interpretations that can and do change over time. IndusNumismatic Gallery uses contemporary grading standards and interpretations to grade coins and relies upon the opinions or independent grading services Each of these grading services is recognized by the coin industry for its expertise. Each firm guarantees the grade and certifies each coin to be authentic. Indus Numismatic Gallery Coins relies upon those guarantees in selling coins. However, we do not guarantee that the coins we sell will achieve the same grade from any independent grading service in the future and expressly disclaim any other warranties with respect to the coins, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Return Privilege.
Buyer may return any purchase from IndusNumismatic Gallery within 10 days of receipt of such item. Provided that the buyer will bear the shipment expense both ways, and will be responsible for safe return delivery of the purchased items to the seller (i.e. Indus Numismatics Gallery)

Legal Action / Indemnity
Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold IndusNumismatic Gallery harmless in any legal action which arises as a result of Customer's use of IndusNumismatic Gallery services, or inability to use the services, without limitation or exception including, but not limited to any action brought against Customer by a third party.

Changes to this Policy
Indus Numimatic Gallery may alter any term of this Agreement by posting a notice that there is a change in terms on a page containing the Contents. And use of any IndusNumismatic Gallery web site after the date of such notice is deemed acceptance of the new terms.
